Paid To Kill 1
"And it came to pass afterward, that he loved a woman in the valley
of Sorek, whose name was Delilah. And the lords of the Philistines came
up unto her, and said unto her, Entice him, and see wherein his great
strength lieth, and by what means we may prevail against him, that we
may bind him to afflict him: and we will give thee every one of us
eleven hundred pieces of silver." - Judges 16:4,5.
Delilah was paid by the lords of the Philistines to destroy Samson.
Samson a great man and warrior mightily used of God was pulled out of
his ministry because of indiscipline.
The lords of the Philistines gave Delilah a five fold assignment to
terminate the glory and strength of Samson. Anyone with a mission to
terminate your life shall not succeed in Jesus name.
1. Delilah was to entice Samson. This she successfully did. Samson
got himself in the web of attraction of a paid killer. The devil is
daily recruiting and paying his lieutenants to get hold of the destiny
and life of the people of God. In Proverbs 1:10, "My son, if sinners
entice thee, consent thou not." Be careful of any form of enticement
that could rob you of your glory.
2. Delilah was given the assignment to discover the source of
Samson's power. Psalm 64:5,6 - "They encourage themselves in an evil
matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see
them? They search out iniquities; they accomplish a diligent search:
both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep."
The host of the kingdom of darkness doesn't mind what it would cost
them to conduct a very diligent search in order to get and bring down
their victim.
I declare this morning any form of motivation and encouragement the
enemies are getting in order to completely bring you down shall be
discovered and annulled in Jesus name.
Every powers paid and mandate to discover your source of strength
will never succeed in Jesus name. They succeeded over Samson because he
was not discipline enough. Do everything to work on yourself. Don't
allow them to carry out their mission and assignment over your destiny.
The devil and his lieutenants will never bring your glory to abrupt end in Jesus name.
